Starting Solids: 4 months vs 6 months

Whether you heard it from your mum friends or from your GP-  there is a lot of guidance that babies are typically good to start solids once they turn 4 months. The confusion comes in because there is also an alternate suggestion, including from the World Health Organisation, that you should wait until 6 months. Two months might not seem like a big deal but when it comes to children that young, two months is a significant amount of time.
